Define equivalents
in the new system.
Membership tiers, pack sizes, intro offers, late-cancel fees.
If the products do not map, the people import will not save you.

Preview the CSV.
Then spot-check.

Assume cards may
not travel.
What transfers vs what members must re-enter. A failed-payment plan for week one.
Slynq uses Stripe-connected payments. Do not claim cards-on-file move magically.
PARALLEL RUN
Keep bookings flowing while
both systems are live.
How long both stay up. What members click. A desk script for "where do I book now?"
Tell them once, in the channel they already use.
GO-LIVE DAY
Smoke-test the
weekday jobs.
- Book.
- Cancel.
- Waitlist promote.
- Pack debit.
- Membership renew.
If any of those fail, you are not live.
