Members text. The desk uses your schedule, memberships, and payments to help with the next step. Slynq is in development. Founding access opens in waves.
Limit: Capacity and cancellation rules still apply. New numbers get a booking link, not a silent enroll.
Fill
Offer the open spot in a clear order.
When a spot opens, people whose membership or class pack covers the class go first. Within each group, people with fewer missed bookings can move up; otherwise it's first come, first served.

Product FAQs
Can I use it now?
Not as a live studio product yet. No studio is live on Slynq today. The product is built and in development; founding access opens in waves. Join Founding Studios to apply. We’ll share availability and pricing before you decide.
Does it replace my current system?
It can be a potential alternative after a fit and migration review. We don’t claim a universal integration with Mindbody or other booking platforms, and we don’t promise a one-click import of balances, memberships, gift cards, or billing tokens. Client CSV import with preview is in founding scope; full obligations cutover is still planned.
What can members do by text?
For returning members who text your studio number, founding scope includes booking, cancellation, and waitlist help, using your schedule and membership context. A new number gets a booking link rather than a silent enroll. Drop-ins can get a held spot with a payment link—not an automatic charge. Joining a waitlist is not the same as getting a seat. We don’t claim phone or voice receptionist features.
Who approves follow-up?
You do. Follow-up stays in draft until you approve it. Reminders and triggered campaigns can be switched off in Settings. Don’t read that as “nothing ever sends without approval”—reminders you leave on send on their schedule, and other owner-enabled automations follow the rules you set in Settings.
What does switching involve?
Understand your current setup → review a representative export → confirm which records we support → reconcile schedule and billing → agree a cutover → verify before you switch. Today’s founding-scope import covers client records (name, email, phone, notes) with a preview. Re-importing an overlapping list can create duplicates. Balance, membership, and billing-token migration are not founding claims.
