These SMS Terms govern the text messages you receive from a business using the Slynq booking platform. By providing your mobile number or by texting a Slynq-powered business number, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

Slynq Software LLC sends transactional and marketing text messages on behalf of the wellness studios and service businesses that use our platform. These messages relate to your bookings and membership, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, payment links, schedule changes, check-in details, and where separately consented to, marketing messages about your membership or studio activity.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. You will generally receive messages when you make, change, confirm, or are reminded about a booking. You may receive recurring messages tied to your appointments.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Slynq Software LLC does not charge you for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply depending on your plan.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving text messages. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further texts unless you opt in again.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Eligibility
