If you later get texts from a studio that uses Slynq, these rules apply to those messages. Slynq is not sending studio texts today.

Program Description

If a studio later uses Slynq to text, those messages can include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, payment links, schedule changes, check-in details, and, where you have agreed separately, messages about membership or studio activity. They are sent for that studio. They are not a live Slynq texting program today.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. You will generally receive messages when you make, change, confirm, or are reminded about a booking. You may receive recurring messages tied to your appointments.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Slynq Software LLC does not charge you for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply depending on your plan.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving text messages. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further texts unless you opt in again.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder or have authorization to use the mobile number you provide, and you must be old enough to consent to receive text messages under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above.
